PodCampWest Unconference

Continuing on the unconference theme, and the explosion of video that's going on, I'm headed to PodCampWest to share my content encoding and publishing tools. It should be quite interesting. The last unconference I attended, StartupCamp, was a learning experience at how to make "unconference" successful. Armed with that experience, PodCampWest should be exciting.
